Carlos visited my home and was always prompt/on time to each session. When I first thought of a Personal Trainer, I thought of getting back into an exercise program, but Carlos provided much more. Carlos educated me in that a good exercise program also consisted of the right diet and eating habits, a positive mental attitude which he reinforced with positive feedback regarding my progress, and consistency regarding both diet and exercise.
Carlos is very knowledgeable in his field and very willing to educate and help in many different areas of health and fitness.
Ailments that I had before beginning the program were - a knee problem caused by lack of cartilage, a shoulder problems, and a tennis elbow. Carlos referred me to an excellent sports medicine physician who was helpful, plus Carlos was very knowledgeable regarding these issues and provide excellent advice and proper exercises which provided improved relief.
I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated Carlos' help and instruction. The education I received from Carlos I will be able to carry forward and continue to use for many years. I was able to get disciplined regarding my exercise/training, I feel better, I have much more energy, which has resulted in a more positive attitude about life and me as a whole. I feel good about myself, I am enjoying life much more, I'm less of a couch potato, plus as I stated above, what I have learned I will be able to use for years to come.

My son Andrew, at age 12 was overweight. Carlos helped him to develop a safe work out routine as well as helping him to adjust his eating habits. My son always looks forward to his training sessions and is excited after them. I have never had to force him to go! Carlos is wonderful to work with. He is a very good listener, he gets along with a teenager effectively, he is very accomodating. In one year he thinned out and really shaped up. Andrew looks great!"

"Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of training exercise and diet. He was always prompt and on time for each session. He also made every effort to accommodate me with my schedule. He followed up in checking with me about my diet and exercise (the days I did not work out with him) He knew when to push me and when I wasnąt feeling all that great, he would work with me so that I still exercised, but we took it a bit easier. In other words, he becomes very in-tune with each individual client and their special needs.

"I decided that I needed to lose weight and get toned, but didn't want to go to the gym. I was reluctant to trust the trainers at the gym as I have a bad back and wasn't sure they were experienced in working with someone with multiple back problems.
When I found out that Carlos and Heather were both trained with a strong background in kinesiology, I decided to try and work out with them. Carlos became my trainer and I knew that I was in good hands, and going to get the proper training, not only nutritionally, but also physically.
From the first appointment, Carlos assessed my movements and knew where my weak and sore spots were as well as my limitations and we were going to work my muscles accordingly. Carlos was very patient and explained why I was doing a certain exercise and what foods would benefit me.
I began to see results half way through my training, and lo and behold, my back started to feel better. My stomach muscles were beginning to get toned and my back muscles were stronger - thus, a less hurting back.
By the time my 6 week training ended, I was able to get into my pants that were pretty tight on me before. I felt better, and sensed a feeling of accomplishment.
I lost 12 lbs. during this time and keeping a daily journal of what I ate helped a great deal. I not only tone and lost weight, but my cholesterol level was lowered about 24 points.
